    While we make every effort to maintain a generous supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain jewelry items since our artist's jewelry is limited edition. If an item is not in stock but you really love to have it, please contact us and we might be able to re-create it again. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will notify you by email or telephone.

    Yes, Karenna Maraj Jewelry has a store location that is open 11am - 6pm Monday- Friday or 10am-5pm Saturday. Our store is located at 95 Trapelo Road Belmont, MA 02478. We welcome you to come in and view our entire jewelry collection. Purchases can be made directly from our store.

    Yes, your will have the option the choose "In-Store Pickup" during checkout.
  6. Can I Order by Phone?
    Yes, absolutely ordering over the phone is easy, fast, and safe. We understand that sometimes you want to hear a friendly, human voice reassuring you that your order has been correctly placed. If you prefer to order by phone, there's no better way to do it! Please call 617.484.0645 to place your order.
  7. How do I clean & store my jewelry?
    Proper storage of your metal jewelry will keep them looking brand new for any desired length of time. When storing metal jewelry avoid the following:
    1) Sunlight
    2) Moisture & Humidity
    The best way to store your silver is sealed in a small Ziploc bag, away from sun exposure.
    Keep Silver away from rubber: Rubber & Silver don't mix! Rubber will corrode silver and slowly turn it black. Do not use rubber bands or rubber ear stoppers to store your silver jewelry.
  8. Where do the names for each jewelry piece come from?
    The name for each jewelry piece is given by our talented artists which is inspired by different design creations.
  9. Who designs all of the jewelry?
    Our jewelry is handmade by local artisans in greater Boston area who are carefully selected by Karenna Maraj, the store owner, who also has her own jewelry line displayed in the store.
  10. How long does it take to receive my order after it is shipped?
    Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped within two business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within two days. Products are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.

  11. Do you sell gift certificates?
    Yes, gift certificates can be purchased online, over the phone or in person. They can be used in the store or the customer may select an item on our site and call us to place the order. You can order and send a gift certificate by calling us at 617.484.0645.

  12. Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
    Yes, we can provide gift wrapping for our jewelry. To have your jewelry gift wrapped, please enter it in the comment box when you add the bag to your cart.
  13. How much does shipping cost?

  14. Do you have other jewelry not listed on your website? Yes, we do have more pieces in our store. Our website shows only a small portion of our inventory. The jewelry listed on our website is sometimes available in other materials, colors, shapes, but not shown online. In this case, you are welcome to contact us and we will try to get your preferred item in asap.
  15. What type of payment do you accept?
    We support the major credit cards providers (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as well as Cash or Checks.
  16. Do you have a newsletter I can sign up for ?
    When you register as a new user on our website you have the option to become a member of our newsletter or you can simply submit your email. This allows us to inform users of new jewelry that may have arrived, policy updates and important information that you may be required to read. All newsletters have an unsubscribe link that allows you to easily remove yourself from future mailings.
