Return Policy
We will accept items with the original receipt for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. No returns will be accepted without the receipt. We will issue a store credit on the returned item which can be applied towards the purchase of another product.
All returned items must be new and unused without any scratches, marks or blemishes and without any signs of wear on the product, the tags, the labels or the case. Returned items must be in original boxes and contain accessories and documentation provided by the Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. For your protection Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. If, when merchandise is delivered, it appears to be damaged, it is best to refuse delivery. If you accept the package make sure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packaging it arrived in; notify Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. Defective returns can be returned directly to Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection within 14 days from the invoice date for store credit, replacement or exchange with the original receipt. Non-defective returns can be accepted directly by Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection for store credit within 14 days from the invoice date only with the original receipt.
Repair Policy
We will repair any design purchased at Karenna Maraj Jewelry Collection: Less than 1 year is FREE Over 1 year is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair. Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items
